Ogilvy & Mather, a leading global advertising agency in NYC, wanted to invest in employees’ increased understanding of digital and technology. An agency that always wants to be at the top of their game, Ogilvy asked smith & beta to design a custom multi-course curriculum for all advertising employees to attend.
We designed a program that includes ten hands-on maker focused classes in topics such as UX, mobile, and prototyping. Employees participated in interactive group activities, developed solutions within cross-functional teams, and hit the streets of NYC for a group field trip.
Wunderman requested support to reacquaint leaders and employees with its global way of working after experiencing significant growth.
We co-designed and launched an employee Playbook, CEO workshop, and in person immersion sessions to refresh leaders and employees on global tools, process and frameworks to be used across global offices and disciplines.
KBS is committed to promoting a culture of invention, learning, and problem solving through a custom education program called KBSU.
We design a new education curriculum each year for KBS that includes custom topics that support practical, hands-on experimentation and learning across the agency. The content is diverse and includes topics such as courage, time management, and business savvy.
